These deluxe condos are a ten-minute walk from all that the village has to offer, including dining and shopping options. The Dollar Cottage is spacious and luxurious, with six roomy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, three with a queen bed and two with a twin bed in each. Overlooking the lake, this sprawling residence has a wood-burning fireplace and wet bar in the main living area, a family room, an expansive master suite with connecting bath and a full marble kitchen. Walk outside, and you'll find a Jacuzzi with a view of the lake.

It is only a four minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and The Sun Valley Lodge and amenities. The Bitterroot 225 home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends.
